This place has THE best customer service. I stop in for lunch whenever I'm on this side of town. The food is always great. But, I'm blown away by the sincere kindness of the staff. Always smiling and very friendly. Just what I need in the middle of a hectic work day. I love Boston Market and wish I lived closer to this location in particular! Jack is very friendly and wish I ran into more people like him in the customer service industry. :)

I'm only writing this because I want credit for a first. :) Boston Market is what it is. This one's no different than the others, so the rating is for Boston Market on the whole. Who doesn't want healthy, non-processed food fast? Their chicken is quite tasty, the sandwhiches good, and the sides are all tasty. But the mac and cheese...cheese soup-y goodness! Even though I wanted credit for a first, I'm pretty sure my saying "I come here just for the mac and cheese sometimes" is not the first time someone has said that.

The food is good, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately the food is a bit pricey when compared to other fast food restaurants. If you don't mind paying a bit more for a healthier alternative, then I recommend stopping in. Don't sit next to the parking lot windows, they seem to have issues with people driving into the dining room.

Pretty good Boston Market. Another rainy day here in Denver (I think my company might have made a mistake and sent me to Seattle...) called for some comfort food. This hit the spot. Moderately priced, food was fresh and tasted amazing. I am not sure why all the negative reviews for taking a bit, this is not McDonalds. Slow down and stop trying to move so fast, life moves fast enough. If you are worried about 15 minutes from time of order to getting your food then you obviously have very little other problems in your life, be thankful.

Ok, the food is good. That's where the good news stops. The service is incredibly slow for a fast casual restaurant. 15 minutes to order and pay for food that is just scooped up from a window. There were six people working and it was the most disorganized crew I have ever seen. An older gentleman asked to take our order and then halfway through telling him my order, he turned and walked away and started helping another employee bag food up. I was stunned and confused...was I not speaking loudly enough? Then another employee started helping us when another customer came in to complain about his food being incorrect, so then this guys leaves us standing there in the middle of an order to correct this customers problem. Is it me? Do I look unfriendly? Do I smell? Someone tell me! Then we finally get our food and try to pay, but halfway through paying the guy ringing us up walked away to help the girl in the back portion out meat. Six people working! They need to establish a good assembly line process. One person portions teh meat, one person portions the sides and one person rings. Easy. On top of that, the dining room was a disaster. We couldn't find one clean table to sit at, I kid you not, so we had to wipe one down with napkins and pray for the best. The trash cans were overflowing with trash and the buckets they have on top for the dirty dishes were stacked so high that I was sure a couple of the plates were going to fall off. I did speak to the manager and tell him my concerns. He was very apologetic and said he was doing his best. I feel bad for him and all of them, but I will not be back.

This Boston Market needs serious help. They might be giving you food poisoning. Food is NOT at the correct temperature, mostly cool and cold. Had turkey, stuffing, with corn meal. All of the stuff was NOT hot, not even warm. Was cool to cold. Advised manager of this and he offered to heat up the food. How sad, that the customer would be the one to have to let manager know he is serving cold food. Manager was cordial with us, but continued to talk over us instead of listening to our concerns. He went and checked the temperature of the heated water that heats all the food at the serving line, and came back to our table to tell us - we are right, the temperature is 140 degrees instead of the required 150. Pathetic. My wife told him her stuffing was stone cold, and all he offered was to take it to the back and reheat it (microwave I bet). Sad! Hey BOSTON MARKET - your manager & team may need retraining at this store. We had our food prepared and placed on the plate, only to see it sit there for over 2 minutes while the guy at the register prepared 2 plates for an elderly couple that ordered their food at the register instead of waiting in line like the rest of us. Overall, it looks like the staff is confused and needlessly scurrying around versus seamlessly serving the customer hot, fresh food.

We were ignored by a manager and the cashier was scattered and didn't talk to us either. Manager was also not delegating responsibilities he just took over for the employees. We let one person go ahead of us and the cashier still didn't help us when she had finished with another customer we waited at least ten minutes before the cashier actually helped us (that's a management/training issue). While we were eating a rush came in... Instead of a manager noticing that the cashier needed help he watched her struggle. Someone left after waiting at least ten minutes... This manager (Jack an old guy who was not helpful at all) tried to save the sale and the lady ignored him and walked out. Food was ok? Not worth what we spent on it but the convenience of someone else cooking is what we went in for. A second visit same week. We walked in and watched the kid behind the counter drop creamed spinach in the loaded baked mashed potatoes he also did something different then the last person did for my market bowl. The last person put one side on then left side and one side in the right. He layered the mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. Not a huge deal but still if you get it one why one day and different the next people aren't getting trained the same way. While we were there (about an hour before closing) they ran out of chicken and meatloaf and didn't have much Turkey. The manager explained that they had made extras but because of the concert they ran out. Also gave a sob story that she wouldn't be able to eat that day cause they ran out of food (if she reads this... No one cares if you can't eat that night... eating is not a problem since there are multiple places around you opened past midnight around your establishment... So that you know that couple and myself we all knew that was bullshit) . The parking lot had free parking for Fiddlers that night so that would make sense as to why you ran out if food but... honestly you are next you fiddlers green you should know that you will be busy during concerts. Just a piss poor answer if you ask me. Same manager also told me "Boston Market wants people to life sodium free" which is why no salt was on the table... Ok but you serve soda and the meatloaf that night had enough salt to pickle your insides... Just excuses. I won't be going back to Boston Market. For a while and possible not this one ever again.

Monday at 6pm & no turkey left? You might want to have menu items ready at 6pm. It never shocks me that management these days never looks ahead.

This is where the retirees go to work. They are cool but slow. You know, I had always stayed away from Boston Market because I only thought of rotisierre chicken when it came to mind and I don't like rotisierre chicken. A friend who loves the Market treated me to it for lunch. I really enjoyed the sides. I still wasn't too thrilled with the meat I got which was brisket. It was really fatty. I tasted her rotisierre chicken and me no likey. It's too moist for me. I don't like wet meat in my mouth unless...:P. With that said, I will probably go back to get a veggie plate & bread or dessert but I'll pass on the meat.

Good food but slow service. If you are in a hurry for lunch, i'd choose another place.
